Magic

I lost 2 lbs from stretching everyday for a week.

Watching tv while stretching to be exact. (I have blisters so I'm unable to run)

I thought someone would be amazed by this and be encouraged to stretch more. But you cannot half-ass it. You really gotta push yourself like you're in yoga class. And its okay if you've never been to a yoga class. I just mean you gotta pull things till it hurts.

3 minutes a day is all it takes.
